Structure

• RCC framed structure with columns and beams, brick paneled walls (exterior walls of 9" thickness and interior walls of 4½" thickness) plastered and painted.

Floor tiles

• Vitrified Tiles (2" X 2")

Wall tiles

• Bathroom: Glazed tiles for a height of 6'0".
• Service Area: Glazed tiles for a height of 3'0".
• Kitchen: Glazed tiles for a height of 2'0" above the platform.

Doors

• Main door: Teak wood with Godrej / equivalent brand lock, brass handle, magic eye, brass bolt, brass hinges and rubber door stopper.
• Other doors: Good quality Flush doors with Malaysian Sal frames, brass handle, brass hinges, brass tower bolt, good quality lock and rubber door stopper.
• Bathroom and Service area doors: Fibre door with powder coated handle and brass tower bolt.

Windows

• Powder coated aluminum sliding type, with Plain glass and MS grills.

Kitchen

• Granite platform to a maximum of 10' ft, Stainless Steel Sink (single bowl).

Bathrooms

• IWC / EWC with flush tank.
• EWC, IWC and Wash basin of Parryware or Neycer brand in all bathrooms.
• Chromium plated fittings.
• Hot and cold water mixer with shower
• Provision for geysers in all bathrooms

Electricals

• Concealed copper wiring in conduits for lights, fan, and power plug points.
• Power outlets for Air conditioners in all bedrooms
• Power outlets for geysers in all bathrooms.
• Power plug for mixer/grinder in kitchen.
• Plug points for refrigerator, T.V., in hall/dinning single.
• 20 amps 3 phase supply for each unit and individual meter boards
• Anchor Switches.

Lofts, wardrobes & cupboards:

• Open type
• One each in the kitchen And Bedrooms

Painting

• Ceiling: 3 coats of white.
• Walls: 2 coats of Emulsion over 2 coat of primer
• Main Door - Varnish
• Other Doors - Enamel

Water

• One tap for Corporation water supply in the kitchen.
• Taps in appropriate places for water from bore well.
• Sump and overhead tank of sufficient capacity.
• Single phase pump – 2 nos.
